Best Exercises to Reduce Belly Fat For Women
There are many exercises that women can do to burn calories and to reduce belly fat, however most exercises don’t have the intensity required to tone the stomach and lose belly fat. We need to do exercises with high intensity for women to tone and lose belly fat. Here are some exercises to reduce belly fat for women to start with. Those who can not do exercises are highly recommended to start natural dietary supplements.
In Pilates we put our backs into a straight position with an exercise known as the plank. Pilates is a series of poses which are repeated to increase the intensity. These exercises are great for beginners as it starts with building up our core strength as well as to tone and lose belly fat.
Weight lifting (2)
Heavy weights is the key to successful weight lifting. The more calories you burn in a day, the more fat you will lose. Women who do high intensity workouts can lose up to 15 pounds in a month. You can either purchase weights from the gym or you can either make your own weights with weights of materials that you find in your home.
Street exercises (3)
This is a combination of cardio and strength training. Many women also participate in this form of exercise and it can be done at home. Walking, running and skipping are common exercises that women can do to burn calories and reduce belly fat. This can be done at home or outside. Walking is great because you can take off a lot of weight and you can lose fat while you are walking. Just make sure that you choose a walking route that does not put yourself in danger from traffic.
Circuit training (4)
This is a great exercise for women who want to get rid of extra body fat while also burning extra calories. You can either do 2 or more 24 or 48 hour workouts in a week. The great thing about circuit training is that you burn a lot of calories and fat in a short amount of time.
You will also need to take into consideration whether you want to use cardio machines or weights. Either way you will burn a lot of calories and fat, but if you decide to use cardio machines you will burn about 200 calories in a 30-minute workout. On the other hand weights will burn about 500 calories in a 30 minute workout.
Even though these are some great exercises for women to do to lose belly fat and reduce belly fat, they are not a guarantee of success. One thing is for sure, they are great for beginners and people who are not in great shape. If you have a bad diet, no workout schedule, or can not afford to pay for personal trainers you can do some of these exercises to start to reduce your belly fat.
Treadmill or running machine (5)
I would suggest using the treadmill. Just place the machine in your living room or bedroom. If you have a bad diet I would suggest you do the treadmill in a studio. The treadmill allows you to burn over 700 calories per hour.
This is great for people who can’t afford a personal trainer and are only in good shape. Dancin’ will allow you to burn a little bit of belly fat while also keeping your metabolism elevated and burning extra calories.
Dancing or step aerobics: I would suggest this as a great alternative. Some people have a really hard time doing step aerobics, but if you do it at home or in a club with a DJ I think you will have no problem doing it. I think step aerobics or dancing is a great alternative to the treadmill or running machine. You burn a little bit less calories and fat in a 30-40 minute workout. This is good if you are doing a bad diet, have a bad workout, or can not afford a personal trainer.
C-rushing is great if you have not exercised in a while, are out of shape, have a bad diet, or can not afford a personal trainer. This will be a good replacement. You burn a little more calories and fat in a 40-50 minute workout than at a slow jog. C-rushing is a good alternative to the treadmill.
The key to weight loss is getting regular aerobic activity. But because aerobic exercise does not give you the same metabolic boost as running or jogging you have to do 20-30 minutes a day. This is good for two reasons:
- You need to exercise regularly to stimulate the muscles so that they start burning calories. And we are all changing as we get older.
- With a steady aerobic workout you will get bigger and leaner.
If you do just a steady aerobic exercise for 10-15 minutes a day you are in good shape. If you can not afford a personal trainer or just not feeling motivated, start with a gym that has cardio machines that you can do for 15-20 minutes a day and your metabolism will grow.
One of the best options is the fitness center that is close to your home. There are indoor and outdoor fitness facilities for you to exercise. The outdoor facilities have a great view of the city. Many fitness facilities have pools and whirlpools. You can swim and exercise too. They also offer whirlpools for you to do if you do not want to go into the gym.
You can easily get started with the whirlpool. All you need is a swimsuit and some water. The whirlpool will do a great aerobic workout for you and burn more fat for you. Plus it will burn lots of calories. It is a great weight loss tool.
The gym is a great way to lose weight and get in shape. You can do it the way you want. For sure, if you are already in decent shape, you can go into the gym and start with resistance training and build a lean body. You can also use the whirlpool and start out with less hard work and easier going workouts. The whirlpool can easily do some of the exercises that you will need to do. For sure, they will give you an aerobic workout that you will need to do to burn lots of calories and get in shape.
